Gestalt Session Guarantee, Payment, Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Our Guarantee: If you do not feel that you received quality service within the scope of your arranged service description, we will make it right either through a financial reimbursement or the rendering of additional services. 

Private Sessions held at the Ranch or on Location

Private sessions must be paid in full in advance of booking.

Rescheduling a private session within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $25 convenience fee to be paid prior to rescheduling.

Cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $25 convenience fee if made at least 48 hours before the appointment start time. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Workshops, Single and Half-day Events

All event reservation payments must be made in full at the time of registration. If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the event begins, you will be refunded the full fee minus a 20% or $25 convenience fee (whichever is less). Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be entitled to a refund. If the event does not include pre-coaching/consulting, or you cancel prior to you pre-coaching/consulting session, you may transfer your event reservation to someone else as long as you notify Kim@BeMoreBusiness.com of this change within 12 hours of the event.

Retreats

Retreat fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Retreat fees are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the event start date minus a 10% or $200 convenience fee (whichever is less). Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual as long as you have not received pre-coaching/consulting for the event at the time of cancellation. If you have received pre-coaching/consulting and still wish to transfer your reservation, we will make arrangements for a pro-rated payment of coaching/consulting fees rendered and this fee will be paid in full before the reservation can be transferred.
